Work/Life Balance

Working from Home

How do I keep all the balls up in the air?

I have one in daycare, one in elementary another in high-school and my boss just told me that I need to work overtime this week during the pandemic! We hear you. The work/life balance is something we all strive to achieve. This is why this 1.5 hour workshop is designed for parents to discover what they are currently experiencing and how it is in alignment with their wants, needs and values.

Yes, most of us have experienced some type of bullying situation in school whether it be something that affected us directly or indirectly. Now that your children are in school, how is it impacting you? When your child comes home from school, are they eager to tell you what happened during their day? How do you connect with your children and how do you know if something is bothering them? Join us for this 1.5 hour workshop.

But my child doesn't have bills to pay...

No, they don't have adult stress but they do have their own stress and anxieties that parents can help comfort and confront. During this 2-hour workshop, we help you explore the signs to look for and the phrases to use while creating open communication.

Fostering Resiliency

Bike Riding

How do I make sure that my child always gets back on their bike?

Fostering resiliency in our children is not an easy thing to do. It requires us to allow them to make mistakes, get hurt and learn to get back up. It brings tears to our eyes and fills our hearts with sorrow. During this 2-hour workshop, we will find out what resiliency is and what to do to make it happen.

Say what you mean. Mean what you say.

Build trust, consistency and connection. We know that parenting is hard. We have hundreds of choices to make on a daily basis and we are constantly questioning if we made the "right" choice. In this 1.5- hour workshop, we offer parents a way to understand what they want out of being a parent and how to get there. We start with their current success stories and struggles and have them walk away with new strategies that they will be able to enforce going forward.
